Through this voluntary carbon offset program, competitors, teams, sponsors, and supporters can contribute to compensating the emissions associated with race car competitions by supporting high-impact environmental projects.
Your contribution helps finance ecosystem restoration, biodiversity conservation, carbon removal, and other climate action initiatives developed or supported by CES Environmental Solutions. Every contribution represents a commitment to a more responsible and sustainable future for motorsport.

By making a contribution through this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Voluntary Contribution
All payments made through this platform are voluntary contributions intended to support the compensation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with motorsport events and the implementation of environmental and climate action initiatives managed or supported by CES Environmental Solutions and its partners. - No Purchase of Goods or Services
This contribution does not constitute the purchase of a product, service, investment, or financial instrument. It is a voluntary environmental contribution and does not create any ownership, contractual, financial, or commercial rights. - No Right to Claims or Refunds
By submitting a contribution, you acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary and irrevocable. Except where required by applicable law, contributions are non-refundable and do not give rise to any claims, compensation, or liabilities against CES Environmental Solutions, its affiliates, partners, employees, or representatives. - Use of Contributions
Contributions may be used to support carbon offsetting activities, ecosystem restoration, biodiversity conservation, environmental monitoring, project development, environmental education, and other climate and sustainability initiatives associated with the motorsport carbon offset program or similar environmental projects. - Carbon Offset Certificate
Contributors may receive, at the discretion of CES Environmental Solutions, a digital Certificate of Contribution to Carbon Footprint Offsetting sent to the email address provided during the contribution process. This certificate acknowledges the voluntary contribution made and does not represent a verified carbon credit, ownership of environmental assets, or any transferable environmental right. - No Guarantee of Environmental Claims
CES Environmental Solutions will make reasonable efforts to allocate contributions to eligible environmental initiatives. However, the contribution itself does not guarantee the generation, retirement, or ownership of carbon credits, nor does it grant any exclusive environmental claims unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. - Accuracy of Information
Contributors are responsible for providing accurate contact information. CES Environmental Solutions is not responsible for the non-delivery of certificates or communications resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CES Environmental Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to voluntary contributions made through this platform. - Privacy
Personal information collected during the contribution process will be used solely for processing the contribution, issuing certificates, communicating with contributors, and complying with applicable legal obligations. Information will not be sold to third parties. - Acceptance of Terms
By making a voluntary contribution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
